Welcome to Bend North!
We're happy you're here! Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions you may have. Below are answers to some commonly asked questions from first time families:
Registration
When is registration for Bend North Little League?
- 2026 registration is Nov 15, 2025 - Jan 20, 2026. To register, login to create an account in the upper right of this website.
Can I request that my child play with their friends, or school classmates?
- No, with a league of our size powered by volunteers, we cannot accommodate friend or classmate requests. We understand this may create anxiety for players and thier families, and we apologize.
Can I request a particular field location or practice time for my player?
- No, it is incredibly complex to schedule 100+ teams and we cannot accomodate family requests.
Can I request that my two children of the same age (e.g. twins, siblings), be placed on the same team?
- Yes, will will accomodate sibling or twin requests if the children would naturally play in the same division.
Can I request that my child play up or down a division?
- We generally discourage children playing up or down a division. Here's why:
- When children play up, they may find themselves in an unsafe playing situation against stronger children who throw/pitch harder than their ability level.
- When children play down, they are ineligible to qualify for All Stars at the end of the season.
- Little League caps our All Star divisions at 120 players. In some divisions, this isn't a problem, in others we have waitlists. When children play up or down they may be taking another player's spot in a popular division.
- There are, however, instances where a move between divisions may be approved:
- If a child's ability level better matches those of the division below, giving the child a safer, better play experience.
- Other one-off instances may also be approved. The Baseball Player Agent or Softball Player Agent, together with the division's commissioner and/or President will make those decisions.
What happens if I am on a waitlist?
Waitlists often occur in our All Star divisions, but we will make sure your child gets to play! We will move players better matched skill-wise for the Minors down to Minors to accomodate all 12s in Majors. It is imporant to us that all kids that want to play ball, have the opportunity to do so. Please plan on attending assessments!
Uniforms
How do I order uniforms?
- You will receive a link from the league after your player has been placed on a team. For the 2026 season, we are targeting Jan 26 for ages 5-8, and Feb 15 for ages 9+. Uniform orders MUST be placed by Feb 22, 2026 to arrive in time for our first games of the season.
How much do uniforms cost?
- This year, uniforms will cost $63.90 per kit, which includes uniform shirt, pants, sock and belt, plus a $3.50 service charge, and approximately $20 in shipping per player - a total cost of: $87.40 per player. Unfortunately our supplier cannot group orders to the same household; if you order two uniform kits for two players, you will need to pay two shipping charges.
- The kit comes as-is, nothing can be removed. If your kit comes with a red belt, for instance, and you already have a red belt, our supplier cannot accommodate requests to remove the belt from the order.
- Sweatshirt hoodies and beanies will also be available for order as optional items. We highly recommend that you order the sweatshirt; our games can be pretty cold here in Bend for much of our baseball and softball season!
