 | President, Tony DeLosAngeles"I’ve been actively involved with Bend North Little League for the past four years as a commissioner and head coach for both my son and daughter. Watching them grow in skill, confidence, and love for the game has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I grew up playing baseball in Central Oregon and continued competing at the collegiate level, which shaped my understanding of discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Today, I’m proud to serve as President of BNLL, where I’m committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment that helps young athletes thrive—on and off the field. My goal is to share my passion and knowledge with the next generation, and to help build a community where baseball/softball continues to teach life lessons and inspire excellence."

| VP Baseball | Legal, Megan K. Burgess
"I have served on the BNLL Board of Directors for several years, first in a volunteer Legal advisor role, Board Member and now as Vice President of Baseball. I love that Bend North serves so many kids in our community fostering a love of baseball and softball. My son (11s) is a baseball fanatic. He lights up on the mound or behind the plate like I've never seen. I wanted to support his love for baseball and ensure opportunity for other kids to find joy in practices, dugout chatter, games, jamboree, sunflower seeds and teamwork! While I don't coach, you'll find me behind the scenes and volunteering at the fields, assessments or other BNLL events."

| Treasurer, Jacob Green"Coaching Little League is about more than baseball — it’s about helping raise great young people. I believe the difference between those who find success and those who don’t isn’t a lack of strength or knowledge, but a lack of will. Baseball, like life, is about the effort we put in every day. My goal is to help these kids learn the value of hard work, teamwork, and resilience — all while having fun and building confidence on and off the field."

| Secretary | Assistant Treasurer"Little League has been such a positive influence on my kids and our family. It’s given them the chance to make new friends beyond school, work with inspiring coaches, and learn teamwork, perseverance, and confidence. Watching them grow as players and people, learning to support one another, push through challenges, and celebrate small wins -- has been a gift. I’m grateful for the community BNLL builds and the lessons it teaches both on and off the field."

Gage has served BNLL as Division Commissioner (2 years), Baseball VP (1 year), BNLL President (2 years), and now Baseball Player Agent. | Safety Officer, Chris Joyce"Why I love Little League? Everyone plays! Little League opens the door for every kid to take on one of the toughest games and find out just how strong, determined, and capable they really are. Little League helps kids turn mistakes into lessons, building confidence and resilience along the way. It grows better kids who understand effort, teamwork, and respect. As a parent with two kids playing with BNLL, I love to see how much they learn from the sport and see the friends they make along the way. "

| Information Technology, Tom Williams"My wife, Katie, and I have been coaching and volunteering with BNLL since our son’s first tee ball season years ago. We believe deeply in the value of resiliency and character that youth sports build—learning to overcome adversity, handle failure, and celebrate hard work and dedication. As coaches, we strived to foster teamwork, perseverance, and confidence, partnering with parents to help raise the next generation of leaders. In addition to coaching, I volunteer as an IT Administrator for BNLL, managing Google Workspace (email, docs, and other systems), integrations, and various tech projects. With an organization of this size, reliable technology is critical to a successful season, and I’m honored to help support the board and all our incredible volunteers who make it happen."

I love Little League because of its deeply community-focused mission. Bend North Little League makes it a priority to ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate in sports, regardless of socioeconomic background, skill level, or prior experience. It creates an environment where kids can learn, grow, and build confidence while families come together in support. To me, Little League represents inclusivity, teamwork, and the belief that every child deserves a chance to play.

"I grew up in Little League, starting softball at just five years old. I have now been involved at BNLL since our son turned four. "This is our family’s 11th year with Bend North, and what an incredible journey it has been. Over the years, I’ve watched my children grow in character, sportsmanship, and self-discipline. My son learned how to knock on doors, deliver a confident sales pitch, and stay determined until he reached his Big Deal Card sales goal—selling more than 100 cards two years in a row. My daughter’s happy place is in the dugout, belting out softball chants and laughing with her teammates. One of my favorite memories is watching her team (and their opponents!) dance playfully together in the rain during a rain delay. Little League has enriched our family’s life in countless ways, and we are deeply grateful to the dedicated coaches and volunteers who make this experience possible year after year."
